  • How much does driveway sealcoating costs?

    At just pennies a square foot, sealcoating your driveway or parking lot is an extremely affordable way to protect and preserve your asphalt while restoring that freshly installed finish. 

  • How often should I have my driveway sealcoated?

    Sealcoating should be applied to your driveway every 2 to 5 years, depending on traffic, weather, and other factors. We can provide you with a more precise timeframe once we know more. 

  • Why should I have my parking lot seal coated?

    Over time and exposure to elements and traffic, your parking lot loses moisture making it susceptible to cracking and water penetration. Sealcoating coats the surface with a protective layer that:

    • Locks out water
    • prevents salt and chemical erosion
    • protects your paving from the drying effects of  UV, heat, and wind

  • What is included in your complimentary annual inspection?

    To keep your asphalt in prime condition, we offer all our clients annual inspections where we inspect your driveway, parking lot, walks, and more for signs of cracking, pitting, edge erosion, and other damage. If repairs are needed, we notify you and provide you with a detailed cost estimate. We also inspect the lines, marking, and seal coating for signs of wear. If your asphalt requires restriping or resealing, we'll let you know. 

  • Why do you I need a professional driveway sealcoating service?

    While there are sealcoating products you can purchase and apply, they won't give you the desired results. We use premium-quality commercial-grade sealants to give your asphalt maximum protection. Besides, why deal with the mess and hassle when you can sit back and let someone else do it for pennies on the square foot?

  • Do you do pothole patching?

    Yes. We can repair potholes and cracks. We remove and replace damaged sections of your asphalt, replenish the subgrade, and apply layers of fresh asphalt to create a seamless pothole repair.

  • Do you do parking lot markings that meet ADA requirements?
